You are free to browse the website without registering, but once you have decided that you want to purchase a ticket or buy an item you will have to follow the next few steps.
Register
inconvenience On the top of every page, you see a small link “register” please click on this and fill in the form. Make sure that the email account you use is correct and is your registered Paypal account email, as you will be required to access this to activate your account.
Activation
Once you have submitted the form, an email will automatically be sent to your email account. This will have a link that you will be required to click. Once you have done this, your account will be ready to use.
Log in

On the top of every page, you will see a link “Log in” once you click on this link you will be required to enter your email address and password which you used to register. |
My Lots
After logging on you will be taken to your own page called “My Lots” This page has 4 sections to it, Account Balance, Competitions Entered, Competitions Won and Items Added.
Account Balance
After you add an item your account balance will be updated automatically in conjunction with the Fees. You will be invoiced once a month for this amount, click “Pay Now” once you have been invoiced and you will be directed to Paypal to pay your outstanding balance. Please do not pay this before you have been invoiced.
Competitions Entered
If you have bought a ticket for any competition this will show up on your “My Lots”. You can view the item from here too.
Competitions Won
After the final ticket has been allocated the automatic draw will take place. Once this has taken place and if you are the winner, the item will be displayed in this section.
Items Added
Any items that you have added will be displayed within this section. You will be able to see your item from here, you can also see which users have bought a ticket for your item(s) When you view the users that have bought a ticket you will be able to update whether or not they have paid for the ticket. This will be paid directly to you and not through LuckyLots
How to add an item
In your "MyLots" you will see on the top left a link that says "Add Item" This will take you to a page which allows you to add an item, you will be required to add a Title, Description, Condition, In which category you require the item to placed, Number of tickets or buy the lot (this allows you to sell one ticket for the amount you require for the item) Price per ticket and postage cost. At this stage you will be able to add a picture of the item you wish to sell, you will be asked to browse your pc to find the picture you wish to upload. Once you have completed this page, your image will be uploaded and the item will be displayed on the website.
How to pay for a ticket
Once you have purchased a ticket, it is up to yourself and the seller to exchange details via the LuckyLots website, and pay for your ticket, this can be done via Paypal. You pay the seller and not LuckyLots for the ticket(s).
How to "Buy the Lot"

Once you have logged in, you are free to browse the many items that you will find on the website. After finding the item that you wish to purchase, click on the "Buy the Lot" icon. |
