  What is LuckyLots?
Luckylots is a new and exciting website that allows registered users to list items that they wish to place into a competition.

How do I advertise an item?
You will have the option to upload a picture and a description of the item. Once this is done you can set a minimum required amount of tickets to be sold before you are required to release the item.

What is the minimum number of tickets I can sell?
The minimum you require to sell is one ticket, and the maximum will depend on how much you require for the item to be released.

Can I sell as many tickets as I want?
No. When you enter your item, you will be asked how many tickets you would like to sell and at what price.

How long will the competition last?
The competition contines until all tickets are sold. The competition is ended if all the tickets are not sold after 3 months.

What time scale can I choose from?
When you are listing an item, you will be able to choose from a drop down menu. This will be from 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days.

What if I require a longer time limit?
If you think the item you wish to list needs longer, you can request a longer time limit via email.

How will I know if I have won the item?
After the competition has been completed, an email is sent to the winner and their user name is displayed on the item page of the competition entered.

What happens when I win an item?
You will receive an email informing you that you are the winner. You then need to pay postage costs (if any), and exchange any other information required by the seller for the exchange of the item to take place.

Who pays for the postage?
The winning ticket holder will pay the seller for the fee to cover the postage.

How do I know what the postage will cost before I buy a ticket?
On the item description, there will be a section that indicates the postage fees.

Who decides on the postage fee?
The seller will list the price for the postage, his/her decision is final.

What if I do not agree with the cost of postage?
It will be down to the person buying a ticket, to make sure that he is happy to pay for postage before he buys a ticket.

If I am happy with the competition can I leave feedback for the seller?
Each registered user will be given a feedback rating starting at zero, winners and sellers can then leave feedback for the item they have won or sold.

What happens if I am not happy with the condition of the item?

Do I have to do anything else apart from buying a ticket?
You will have to answer a question before you will be able to purchase a ticket.

Why do I have to answer a question?

What subject will the question be on?
The question will be on general knowledge.

What if I get the question wrong?
If you answer the question wrong you will not be entitled to win the item.
